It’s Easter and how adorable is this little egg crate bunny?
TOO DARN CUTE
Had an incredibly FUN TIME three days ago with my ‘peeps’ –how appropriate -PEEPS!
We made 40 Easter Egg Baskets for the kids at the Charlestown and Springfield Ronald McDonald Houses..
The “bunnies” were very busy!!!
All delivered and they will ‘pop’ up at the Houses on Sunday. I think the kids will love them!
Of course I had to make some for my grand-kids. They are so cute and make me smile.
SO…….. I wish each of you a Happy Easter and lovely SPRING!!
As I look outside, I can envision the garden being planted, the lawn waking up and MY POOL OPENED!!!
So much to enjoy come spring…
Enjoy the day..
Enjoy the season!
Hope to see YOU soon!
We used the retired Egg Crates from last year plus some retired ribbons. Of course the body of the work was done simply with punches and adhered with Tombow glue. You can’t see the tail–but IT IS CUTE!…. a big fluffy cotton ball! We added Cadbury Eggs (4 fit perfectly in the egg holes) and voila!
They are here! The Stampin' Blends are available for purchase! If you have not tried these yet, you are missing out!
Here are a few cards that I made with them. Can you see how beautifully they blend and show shading?

I LOVE this stamp set – Half Full -designed by Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, Linda Bauwin!
When a Demonstrator surpasses $1,000,000 in sales she/he gets to DESIGN their own set!
How cool is that!!!!!
And I love the cards we just made at my class on Saturday!
For this one, we used a base of Crumb Cake card stock. Then a layer of Very Vanilla and topped off with another layer of Bundle of Love Specialty Designer Series Paper and THEN a Gold Foil Snowflake with fresh Fig and Gold Metallic Edge ribbons!
A little stamping, cutting and Wink of Stella and voila!
What do you think?
Of course this was copied/tweaked from a card in Stampin' Up!
Check this one out and then come back this Wednesday to see the second card we made!
This card just might be one of my all time favorites!
I love love love the Designer Paper and the format. These will make a lovely gift all boxed up with a pretty tag and bow!
What do you think?
This card is made on a thick Whisper White card base for that reliable stability we expect from Stampin' Up!
Then I added a layer of Wisteria Wonder cardstock and topped it with DSP.
To cover the seam between the two top layers I adhered those pieces to the Wisteria Wonder layer and then used 1/4" double stitched ribbon in Daffodil Delight.
Note that I adhered it with glue dots and then wrapped it around the the back of the Wisteria Wonder layer to attached in the back. (no frayed edges, yeah!). That layer was then attached the the card base hiding those ends.
I then stamped the daisy from the Daisy Delight stamp set in Wisteria Wonder ink onto Wisteria Wonder card stock and then punched out with the coordinating punch from the bundle.
Of COURSE I accented with some Wink of Stella and a faceted gem for a little sparkle.
The sentiment is stamped in Wisteria Wonder too.
If you would like to purchase this set and do not currently have a Demonstrator, I would love to be YOUR paper crafting Demonstrator!!!
