When I saw how CUTE Love You To Pieces stamp set was, I knew I had to have it!
I see so many possibilities with it – in all colors and with lots of candies!
This is one Pillow present I gave to my peeps at OnStage in Orlando AND in Maine. ( I love showering my peeps with little love gifts—passing it on and I SO APPRECIATE my peeps!!)
These were so easy to make!
A few Reese’s Pieces in out little cello bags –topped over with a piece of Daffodil Delight card stock.
Then I used the FUN puzzle pieces from the Love You To Pieces stamp set!
FUN FUN FUN and I think cute!
What do YOU think?
Can’t you also see this set being used for other occasions?
I can –stay tuned!
I do love the Fall!
The smell of autumn is intoxicating to me.
I love the colors which tell me the summer has worked very hard…now is time for the leaves to ‘rest’.
So when I saw this Stampin’ UP! Falling For Leaves stamp set, I knew I had to have it!
Here is my very own version of a card I will be excited to send.
The base is Merry Merlot and the next layer is Old Olive.
I embossed the Very Vanilla layer with the NEW
Subtles Dynamic Embossing Folder.
You can’t see the impressions…. well because it’s ‘subtle’ but in real life, it is VERY nice.
It adds just enough texture to give it some extra ‘subtle’ attention!
Next I took the leaf stamps and using Old Olive, Merry Merlot and Cajun Craze inks, stamped then cut them out with the Thinlits.
Then for just a bit of pizzazz, I took Old Olive ribbon and Linen Thread to make a small bow. This was attached with a Glue Dot.
In the opposite corner I just had to add a Gold Faceted gem.
The message was layered onto a piece of Merry Merlot and adhered with Dimensionals. AND of COURSE I just had to use a bit of Wink of Stella –here and there for interest. To me, Wink of Stella is a must fro any project–it adds a sparkle of interest!

This week I’m in Orlando for our 30 year Stampin’ Up! Celebration convention!
One of the FUN things we do is create cards to swap with other Demonstrators ( over 5000 of us!!!)
This is one Swap card I designed.
I used Gray Granite as the base –such a subtle color –I LOVE it!
The next layer is Coastal Cabana embossed with the Layering Leaves Folder.
Then I took a piece of the Silver Foil card stock and layered Frosted Floral DSP on top of that.
Those papers are soooooo beautiful–one side has a muted shimmery appearance to it. GORGEOUS!
The Silver Foil paper makes the designer paper really POP!
SO I swapped these with my house mates and I’ll show you what I received in return when I’m back in Massachusetts.
I’m SURE I’ll have some gorgeous cards to share with all of you!
My Stampin’ Blog showcase goes here
I LOVE the Petal Promenade Designer Series paper.
The colors are soft and romantic and really have such versatility!
See how beautiful that paper is! There are 4 sheets with trimmable elements–just like the one I used.
I did emboss the Fresh Fig card stock using the Layered Leaves Folder.
What do you think?
The base was made with Gray Granite at 8 1/2 x 4 1/4–scored at 4 1/4″.
The next layer is Fresh Fig cut at 5 1/4″ x 4″ and embossed.
Then the DSP was cut at 3″ square and layered onto a piece of the Galvanized Metallic paper (cut 3 1/4″ square), using Snail Adhesive.
That layer was attached using Dimensionals
Then the message was stamped and pushed through the Big Shot using layering Ovals.
I did the same with a piece of Fresh Fig to back the white layer.
Lastly I cut a piece of the Fresh Fig Sheer Ribbon and attached to the back of the oval.
I can NOT say enough about how much I LOVE the
Foil-Edged Cards and Envelopes! They come in either gold or silver and add such a degree of elegance, in my humble opinion!
They are so easy to use and certainly lend a air of elegance to any card you make!

This is a gorgeous Stampin’ Up! hand made Christmas card.
It’s using the new November promotional stamp set, Snow is Glistening.
Here is the easy and FUN card!
Isn’t it pretty????????
The base is a layer of Merry Merlot..the Joyous Noel DSP is actually the fancy fold.
Don’t worry,…I’ve got a downloadable PDF with all the dimensions and directions later on.
It’s VERY easy and fast to make —seriously!
The message layer is a piece of Merry Merlot with a layer of Very Vanilla and then I stamped the message and a flourish of snow at the top.
The front of the card has another layer of Merry Merlot with Very Vanilla card stock.
This time I stamped the tree in Old Olive, copper embossed three snowflakes and THEN added a swath of Shimmery White Embossing Paste just at tree line.
Looks like snow to me!

I made this card for my trip to Idaho.
I’ll be needing ‘thank you’s’ so this was a fast and easy way to create some simple yet sweet cards.
I am IN LOVE with Blackberry Bliss and Gray Granite colors .
So the base is Gray Granite at 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 scored at 4 1/4.
Next is a layer of Blackberry Bliss at 5 1/4 x 4.
Then a layer of Frosted Floral Dsp at 5 x 3 3/4.
Using the Stitched Shapes Framelits, I cut a larger oval in Blackberry Bliss, a next sized smaller in Whisper White.
I used the Happiness Surrounds stamp set images and Gray Granite, Blackberry Bliss and Old Olive inks to create a flower image.
Snailed the white layer onto the blackberry layer then popped a few Dimensionals on and placed it on the card.
I added a thank you from All Things Thanks –and voila –card is done!
Not to leave out the envelope (no naked envelopes in my house!) – added the leaves in Old Olive.
