LAST DAY of Sale A Bration and Weekly Deals! And one card from last night!

HI friends!

Had my Monday Class and we made some really cute cards!

This one was a last minute decision! I am challenging myself to use lots of different color combos.

SO this one was tweaked and copied. I do love how subtle yet stunning it came out!

2015-03-31 10.53.00

We used Coastal Cabana and Soft Sky card stock. Then burnishing those colors into the Irresistibly Yours Designer Series paper, we created  banners. Then a smaller strip which we burnished Old Olive into, was placed horizontally. One of my FAVORITE Sale A Bration stamp sets, Lotus Blossom, was used to make the flower in the center of the scalloped medallion. A little Coastal Cabana Thick Bakers Twine and VOILA!!!!

What do YOU think?

Here are the Weekly Deals!!

I am getting ME ANOTHER MAGNETIC PLATFORM!!!!!

Plus a few other things!

So many of these framelits are PERFECT not only for card making but for memory keeping/scrapbooking as well!!!!

Check them out!

Ok friends…have a great day! Hurry –you still have time to get those last minute Sale A Bration orders in!

Don't delay — the end is TODAY!!!!!!!!

Cards for tomorrow’s class!

I am so excited when I make something and the process is seamless!!!! LOL!

I just finished these cards and I love them!

2015-03-22 10.53.18

The technique is the Swing Card. It's actually very easy to do!

Using the Square Framelits I cut out the front and then  embossed  it to give some interest.

Then I used the Painted Petals stamp set, used Blackberry Bliss ink on the flowers.

Then for ADDED interest I fussy cut the flowers out and popped them on with a dimensional!!

One little Gold Glimmer butterfly with a few pearls and it's done!

To open it you gently pull the Painted Blooms Cotton Twine to the left and VOILA!

…..the INSIDE!

2015-03-22 10.52.10

I am LOVING this photopolymer stamp set, Lovely Amazing You.

The font is so pretty and refreshing!

Ok and here's the second one we'll be making.

2015-03-22 10.53.56

Same technique just different colors. Oh and I forgot to tell you that the little clothespin was used to keep the card shut while I photographed it!

Here's the inside of this one.

2015-03-22 10.54.15

OF COURSE I needed Crystal Effects with a tad of Dazzling Details Glitter!

What do you think???

Ok friends –please let me know by tonight if YOU are coming!

I'll need to prep for YOU!

Re-cap–we make two full cards (with envelopes)  plus one for your Technique Booklet.

Class fee is only $10.00

Hope to see YOU tomorrow night -6PM

Weekly Deals and info about Blendabilities

Hi all!

First –it's TUESDAY and that means our Weekly Deals! Check them out!

I just ran out of Old Olive Baker's Twine –so guess what I'm getting?  Plus I might add a few more things –a deal is a DEAL! LOL

Next –as you may know, Stampin' Up! is a company which stands BEHIND each and every product. I LOVE that (among other things) about my company!
As you may also know,  we have been having quality issues with our Blendabilities. (drying out, leaking)
:(  :(  🙁

HOWEVER –since my company believes in standards above the norm, they are committed to insuring the BEST quality product for all of us.
After much discussion and analysis, Stampin' Up! has pulled our Blendabilities line.We are no longer able to sell them.
I am sad…and I am certain YOU are too.

However-please know that even as I type, Stampin' Up! is working diligently with our manufacturers to solve this problem -once and for all.

What does this mean to you?

1. If you have defective Blendabilities, please contact me now. I will need your order date and we will proceed from there.

2. If you ordered Blendabilities as a Sale A Bration freebie, again, please contact me. You will be able to select ANOTHER Sale A Bration item.

3. If you received a backorder notice, you will be refunded your money.

I know this is not the best scenario BUT I DO KNOW that Stampin' Up! will correct these problems, creating a newer and much more efficient product!

I will keep you updated as I receive information!

hugs to all!

Barbara

Cards from last night!

Hi all!

Check these out:

2015-03-06 07.14.21

It looks so much better in person! WE used The Sheltering Tree stamp. Such a pretty card and useful for so many occasions. This was copied from a very kind Demonstrator but I don't know her name! UGH!

And this one: 2015-03-06 07.14.42

I know this is very difficult to see BUT it's BEAUTIFUL!  This one came from Mary Fish (I think!) We used the Modern Mosaic Embossing Folder, Itty Bitty Banners Framelits, the Flower Shop stamp and coordinating Pansy Punch. SO SO BEAUTIFUL and this too can be used for a variety occasions!

And since St Patrick is almost here– this one! Copied from Mary Fish.

THANKS to all those sharing demonstrators!!!

2015-03-06 07.15.07

 TOO DARN CUTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We used the Mustache Framelit, XL large Oval Punch, Bow Builder Punch, Gold Soiree Designer paper along with Crumb Cake, Gold Foil, Basic Black and Whisper White card stocks. SO MUCH FUN making these!

If you need to make St Patrick's Day cards or favors, contact me. I'm free for YOU to drop in whenever YOU can!  Hurry the little leprachaun will be here soon!

hugs to all!

Stay warm!

Spring IS coming!
