This card just might be one of my all time favorites!
I love love love the Designer Paper and the format. These will make a lovely gift all boxed up with a pretty tag and bow!
What do you think?
This card is made on a thick Whisper White card base for that reliable stability we expect from Stampin' Up!
Then I added a layer of Wisteria Wonder cardstock and topped it with DSP.
To cover the seam between the two top layers I adhered those pieces to the Wisteria Wonder layer and then used 1/4" double stitched ribbon in Daffodil Delight.
Note that I adhered it with glue dots and then wrapped it around the the back of the Wisteria Wonder layer to attached in the back. (no frayed edges, yeah!). That layer was then attached the the card base hiding those ends.
I then stamped the daisy from the Daisy Delight stamp set in Wisteria Wonder ink onto Wisteria Wonder card stock and then punched out with the coordinating punch from the bundle.
Of COURSE I accented with some Wink of Stella and a faceted gem for a little sparkle.
The sentiment is stamped in Wisteria Wonder too.
If you would like to purchase this set and do not currently have a Demonstrator, I would love to be YOUR paper crafting Demonstrator!!!
Remember that from now through October 31st, customers and hostesses that reach the $300 level in product not only earn their normal Stampin' Rewards, but Stampin' Up! is adding in the exclusive Merry Patterns stamp set only available through this promotion!
This week I'm celebrating this beautiful Daisy stamp set and corresponding Delightful Daisy DSP!
Today, Wednesday and Friday you will see some very pretty ideas!
Make sure you check back each day to see what I've been doing!
OK — I might be a bit "old school" but I firmly believe in sending written thank you notes. (and btw, hand written notes are GAINING in popularity once again!!! YIPPEE)
I find special delight in a handmade card delivered by the postman. (I LOVE going to my mailbox, opening the cover and FINDING a DECORATED ENVELOPE! I KNOW it's a special note from a SPECIAL someone!!!!)
I just love this bright and cheery card and can imagine it bringing a smile to someone's face when they open it up.
This handmade Thank You card was made on a Crushed Currey card base and layered with Night of Navy card stock with Delightful Daisy DSP over that.
The Daisies from the Daisy Delight stamp set were stamped in Crushed Curry ink onto Crushed Curry card stock and punched out with the coordinating punch, attached together with glue dots and then attached to the card front and accented with a faceted gem in the center. (and of COURSE I just HAD to add some Wink of Stella to the petals!)
A simple "thank you" onto a strip of whisper white is easily flagged at the end using the triple banner punch.
This is a great bundle!
Lots of great images and useful sentiments and a punch making a 3D effect quick and easy.
Don't forget that I'll be showing you this bundle in other cards later this week.
Check back for more great ideas!
